Letter from the Director – Dr. Amos Madanes

Since 1984, I have been privileged to serve as the director of Midwest Fertility Center. Over the years, the staff and I have witnessed hundreds of miracles born into this world through our endeavors. We believe that our patients deserve the highest level of care; they deserve honesty and truth, not empty promises. Each staff member at the Center is committed to using the most innovative, proven technologies and procedures to meet these needs and more.

Relationships, careers, social life – all are disrupted by the demands of infertility and its treatment. Midwest Fertility Center's team understands how stressful it can be. We do everything we can to make our office a supportive, welcoming environment, and try our best to plan appointments without interrupting our patients’ day-to-day activities. With early morning and late evening office hours, our center can accommodate working women and men with hectic schedules.

When a couple has attempted to become pregnant for six months to a year without success, they need to get in touch with a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist as soon as possible. Time is of the essence for infertile couples: without expert help, their chance of achieving a successful pregnancy could be decreasing with each month that passes.

Our state-of-the-art assisted reproduction centers throughout Chicago and Northwest Indiana are equipped to perform in vitro fertilization (IVF), gamete intrafallopian transfer (GIFT), tubal ligation reversal, and other assisted reproduction treatments. Midwest Fertility Center devotes the first month of a patient’s care to completing a comprehensive evaluation and creating an individualized treatment plan. By beginning the process with a strategy tailored to your specific needs, we can spend the majority of our time putting the treatment into action.

The IVF programs at our practice continue to achieve pregnancy rates well above the national average. Midwest Fertility Center offers the following payment programs if you have no insurance:

• Shared Success Program: Our IVF Fee Reimbursement Program is another way we can enhance our services to our patients. This program enables us to share our success with our patients and by reimbursing IVF fees permitting them to continue and pursue further treatment.
• Pre-paid Packages: Midwest Fertility Center offers pre-paid treatment packages for Clomid®, IVF, injectable cycles, and various procedures that are not covered by insurance.
• Family Fee Plan: The Family Fee Plan is a national financial service specifically tailored to the unique needs of fertility treatment, offering low monthly payments with fixed interest rates and flexible terms.
