Eat more organic fruit, vegetables and dairy. Regular produce may contain harmful herbicides and pesticides that may cause infertility. Regular dairy may contain added hormones and antibiotics which may increase estrogen. In addition, regular dairy is congesting which may aggravate endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome.

Eat cold water fish. Fish that is found in oceans or salt water may contain mercury. Fish that is farmed like salmon may contain antibiotics and toxic food dyes, so it is best to eat wild salmon. Fish is good for fertility since it contains essential fatty acids (omega 3) and vitamin A.

Eat organic, grass fed beef and free range, organic chicken. Just like dairy, beef may contain added hormones and antibiotics that increases estrogen. Organic beef and chicken are raised in a healthy environment thus making the meat healthier. You need the essential fatty acids and protein found in beef and chicken.

Eat whole grains and lots of fiber. Fiber regulates blood sugar and promotes healthy hormonal balance. Both are essential in maintaining fertility and treating endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome. Avoid the highly processed white foods like white bread and white rice.

Avoid eating soy. Soy can mimic estrogen and cause a hormonal imbalance. If you have hypothyroidism, you should probably avoid soy altogether.

Avoid fruit juices unless you squeeze it yourself. Most juices like apple juice contain concentrated sugar which may negatively impact your hormones and certainly throws off your blood sugar level. You also might want to avoid any refined sugars or sugar alternatives. You could eat stevia, honey, and maple syrup.

Finally, drink a lot of water. But you might want to stick to purified or filtered water. Tap water may contain harmful pesticides from agricultural runoff and bottled water may contain estrogen mimicking chemicals.
